  • For most classes, teachers welcome parents into the studio for the last five minutes to watch and film their child.

  • No strict dress code here, but we recommend comfortable, fitted clothes that let dancers move freely.

For Tumbling, please make sure long hair is tied up and avoid baggy clothing for safety.

  • We recommend booking online ahead of time—it makes check-in super easy and guarantees your spot.

Sometimes we have last-minute subs or schedule changes, so it’s always good to check the mL app before heading to the studio.

  • Movers can sign up for a class up to 1 hour before the class starts, and that’s also the cutoff time to self-cancel a booking online. After that, you can still sign up in person at the studio, as long as there’s space available.

  • We’re a cashless business, so we’re unable to accept cash as a form of payment. We do accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

  • You can always email us at youth@themovementlifestyle.com. We check messages regularly and are happy to help with scheduling, sign-ups, or anything else you need.
