mL PROGRAMS

A more intimate learning environment with selected choreographers where you get to explore more about yourself, fellow participants and the person behind the movement. This program seeks to help you progress in movement and in life, with the hopes to find a better sense of attaining your goals however large or small. Our environment for the progressive is for those wanting something beyond our regular class offerings, something with a little more time, closer proximity, pushing your limitations in mind, body and creativity. "My Methodology and Musicality"

In this ML Progressive program each 4 hour session will be broken down into elements focusing on both dance and choreography. This series will combine master classes in movement and a lecture series in which I will share my insights on how I bring music to life through movement.
