Our environment for the progressive is for those wanting something beyond our regular class offerings, something with a little more time, closer proximity, pushing your limitations in mind, body and creativity. "My Methodology and Musicality"
In this ML Progressive program each 4 hour session will be broken down into elements focusing on both dance and choreography. This series will combine master classes in movement and a lecture series in which I will share my insights on how I bring music to life through movement.
